We’re deeply concerned about a new federal proposal that would limit THC in hemp-derived products to 0.4 milligrams per serving. On the surface, it might sound like a reasonable safety measure. In reality, it would eliminate nearly every hemp product currently on the market.
This isn’t careful regulation. It’s prohibition disguised as protection.
